Our return policy allows you to send back your products in new condition (unworn, unwashed), with tags attached and in their original packaging, within 60 days.

Items tried on for size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygiene reasons.

In the case of a refund, any gifts offered with the products must be returned (present on invoices and order history).
Personalized items cannot be returned.
Envelopes containing the product(s) to be returned must be separate (risk of deterioration of the product and original packaging).
When returning shoes, the soles must not be marked by wedges or walking on an abrasive surface.
