Simply go to your profile and click on "Return an article".
- Select the order concerned*
- Tick the product you wish to return
- Select one of the following option : Credit note, Exchange or refund
- Once your request has been registered, if eligible you will be able to download the prepaid shipping label and the return voucher.
*If the order is no longer available, you are not complying with the return conditions (returns within 30 days). We invite you to reach out to our customer service through contact@ekoi.com
Prepare the parcel :
- Print and attach the shipping label to the package.
- Print and attach as well the return voucher to the outside of the package.
- Return the product(s) with the labels attached and in their original packaging.
- Helmets and goggles must be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. In the event of failure to comply with this instruction, Ekoï declines all responsibilities for the condition of the product.
Ship the parcel :
- Once the package ready you can drop it in any UPS Access Point that you can find with your post code on UPS Access Point
- Please do not forget to attach the return voucher to the parcel or UPS will refuse the package.
