Our return policy allows you to send back your products in new condition (unworn, unwashed), with tags attached and in their original packaging, within 60 days.

Items tried on for size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygiene reasons.

In a refund case, any gifts offered with the products must also be returned (present on invoices and order history).
Personalized items cannot be returned.
Envelopes containing the product(s) to be returned must not be stapled (risk of deterioration of the product and original packaging).
When returning shoes, the soles must not be marked, either by using wedges or by walking on an abrasive surface.
