Making the request :
Simply go to your customer account and click on "My product returns":
- Select the order concerned*.
- Tick the quantity of the product(s) you wish to return.
- Select one of the following options: Credit note, Exchange or Refund.
- Once your return request has been registered, you will be able to download and print your return form to place inside your package.

*If the order is no longer available, you have not complied with the return conditions (return within 14 days).

Prepare the package:
- Add the return form to the package.
- Return the product(s) with the labels attached and in their original packaging.
- Helmets and goggles MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. If this instruction is not followed, Ekoï declines all responsibility for the condition of the product.
