All orders above £135 (excluding shipping fees and VAT) placed on Ekoï (France) and delivered to Great Britain will be subject to import taxes. VAT will not be charged at the point of sale. The total order amount to pay will NOT include VAT. VAT and custom duties will be charged by Border Customs and should be paid by the customer before the delivery
If the customer refuses to pay and/or ask for return of the pack, Ekoi will deduct those fees from the order refund.
