As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to track your package.
If you don't see this e-mail, check your junk mail.
If you have your order tracking number, you can go to the carrier's website to track the package in real time:

You can also track your order from your order history.
Click on the number of your last order.
In the step-by-step order tracking section, click on the link allowing you to track your order on the carrier's website.
If your parcel is indicated as delivered and you have not yet received it:
- Check your mailbox. If you are absent, the carrier should have left a delivery notice.
- If delivery cannot be made to your home address or the chosen delivery point, your parcel may be transferred to the nearest delivery point.
