As soon as we receive your parcel in Australia, we will check it and refund or create a credit note within an average of 5 days.
In the event of a refund request, the refund will be made by reverse transaction (via the payment method used for the initial order).
In the case of payment in installments, the amount will be deducted from the last installment paid.
