To follow the process, we invite you to regularly check the tracking number on the return label until the parcel arrives at our warehouse. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 5 working days for the return to be processed.

 In case of : 

• Exchange, new item will be processed as a new order and may take up to 2 working days to be shipped.
• Refund, it will be issued using the same payment method as the original order. It may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank..
• Credit note, It will be automatically issued as soon as the return has been processed by our team. You will receive the code by email.
