How to make a request:
Simply go to your customer account and click on My Product Returns.
- Select the order concerned*.
- Tick the quantity of the product(s) you wish to return.
- Select one of the following options: Credit note, Exchange or Refund.
- Once your return request has been registered, you will be able to download and print out your return slip, which you can place inside your parcel.
*If the order is no longer available, you are not complying with the return conditions (return within 14 days).*
Prepare the parcel:
- Add the returns form to the parcel.
- Return the product(s) with the labels attached and in their original packaging.
- Helmets and goggles MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. In the event of failure to comply with this instruction, Ekoï declines all responsibility for the condition of the product.
